What's the difference between the two memberships?
The Unlimited Tunnel Membership is for the drive-through tunnel and is genuinely unlimited. Wash as often as you want. It works at Elmore Ave and 9th Ave.
The Davenport Automatic Membership is for the automatic bays at Elmore Ave and covers up to six washes per month. It is not unlimited, and we don't advertise it that way.
How much does an Unlimited membership cost?
Tunnel plans run $19.99/mo for Bronze, $29.99 Silver, $34.99 Gold and $39.99 Platinum.
Annual plans are one upfront payment for a full year: Platinum $399.99, Gold $384.99, Silver $329.99, Bronze $239.99.
Can I put more than one car on my plan?
Not on a single membership. Each one covers one registered vehicle and can't be shared or transferred between cars.
For a household, add a Family Plan: the first car pays its normal monthly rate and each additional vehicle is +$25/mo. New: family plans now work on annual plans too, at $275/yr per additional vehicle. Family plans are available on Silver, Gold and Platinum tunnel memberships. They are not offered on Bronze, and not offered on automatic-bay memberships.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes, two months from your enrollment date.
How do I cancel?
Submit the request online through Manage My Plan, at least seven days before your next billing date. Requests inside that window may still catch one more charge.
Heads up: canceling or pausing permanently forfeits any promotional rate you were on, and canceling during a free promotional month ends access right away.
When am I billed?
Memberships bill automatically each month to the card on file. Keep your billing details current. A declined charge does not cancel a membership on its own. Update your card at Manage My Plan.
Do I get a refund if I don't use it, or if you're closed?
No. Memberships are non-refundable, including unused time. Temporary closures, weather included, don't qualify for refunds, credits or extensions.

Can I buy a membership online?
Tunnel memberships, yes. Automatic-bay memberships have to be set up in person at Elmore Ave. It takes a couple of minutes with a team member.
Free Washes & Loyalty
How does the every-5th-wash-free program work?
Punch your phone number in at the pay station. That's your punch card. Wash four times, the fifth is free.
No app, no plastic card, nothing to sign up for.
Where does the loyalty program work?
On tunnel washes at Elmore Ave and 9th Ave. It is not offered at LeClaire Rd.
Do I need to download anything?
No. Your phone number is the whole system.
How do I get my first wash free?
Sign up for the Free Wash Text Club and we'll send it over. Claim your free wash here. Valid at our In-Motion tunnel locations.
Locations & Amenities
What's at each location?
Elmore Ave (Davenport): In-Motion tunnel, touch-free and soft-touch automatic bays, and self-serve bays. All four ways to wash.
9th Ave (Eldridge): In-Motion tunnel.
LeClaire Rd (Eldridge): touch-free and soft-touch automatic bays plus self-serve, open 24/7.
Does my membership work at all three locations?
No. Tunnel memberships work at Elmore Ave and 9th Ave. The automatic-bay membership works at Elmore Ave only.
LeClaire Rd doesn't offer memberships at all. It's pay-per-wash, and plans from the other sites don't transfer there.
Are the vacuums really free?
At Elmore Ave and 9th Ave, yes: free vacuums and free towels with every wash.
At LeClaire Rd the vacuums are paid and there are no towels.
What are your hours?
Tunnels run 7am–7pm daily. The automatic and self-serve bays at Elmore Ave and LeClaire Rd are open 24/7.
The Wash Itself
Do you really scrub cars by hand?
Yes, on every tunnel wash: front bumper, grille and windshield get scrubbed by an actual person before you roll through. Aqua-Tech is the only express car wash in the Quad Cities where attendants physically scrub the front of the vehicle before it enters the tunnel. Every other express wash only sprays. Everyone else just sprays.
What does "touchless" mean?
High-pressure water and soap only. No brushes touch your paint. Both Elmore Ave and LeClaire Rd have touch-free automatic bays.
Aqua-Tech runs the only touchless car wash membership in the Quad Cities, available at Elmore Ave in Davenport.
Touch-free or soft-touch: which should I pick?
Go touch-free if your paint is newer or delicate and you want nothing making contact.
Go soft-touch if you're fighting heavier dirt, bugs or road grime and want the deepest clean. Same price either way.
How long does a wash take?
About three minutes through the tunnel, then take as long as you like at the vacuums.
Is the tunnel safe for my car?
Yes. If you have aftermarket parts, a roof rack, a loose spoiler or an unusual vehicle, flag it with an attendant before you enter and they'll tell you whether the tunnel or an automatic bay is the better call.
