01 Recurring billing & authorization
Aqua-Tech Car Wash memberships are recurring monthly plans billed automatically to the card on file at enrollment.
02 Minimum commitment
All memberships require a two-month minimum commitment from the enrollment date.
03 Single vehicle restriction
Each membership is valid for one registered vehicle only and cannot be transferred. Misuse or sharing between vehicles may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
04 Operating hours
Service is available 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, seven days a week, unless posted otherwise.
05 Cancellation process
Give us 7 days' notice. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least seven (7) days prior to the next billing date to avoid additional charges.
Members must submit cancellation requests online through Manage My Plan.
06 Billing responsibility
Members must keep current billing information on file. Declined charges do not automatically cancel a membership.
07 Promotional rate protection
Any cancellation, pause, or billing decline, regardless of intent, will result in permanent forfeiture of the promotional rate.
08 Free month terms
Canceling during free promotional months ends access immediately and forfeits any remaining promotional time.
09 Closure policy
Temporary closures, including closures due to inclement weather, do not qualify for refunds, credits, or extensions.
10 Refund policy
Memberships are non-refundable, including for unused time or periods in which the membership is not used.
11 Right to change terms
Aqua-Tech Car Wash reserves the right to adjust pricing, modify plans, or change membership terms with prior notice.
