SMS communications may also be used to provide customers with links to webpages, customer-service forms, membership-management tools, or payment-account pages when appropriate.
03 Payment Information and SMS
Aqua Tech Car Wash may send customers a secure link through SMS that allows them to update the payment card associated with their membership or account.
Customers should not send complete credit or debit card numbers, card security codes, passwords, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive information by text message.
When payment information needs to be entered or updated, customers should use the designated payment or account-management page provided by Aqua Tech Car Wash rather than transmitting payment credentials through SMS.
05 Service Providers and Other Permitted Disclosures
Except for mobile opt-in and consent information as specifically described in the Data Sharing section above, Aqua Tech Car Wash may provide customer information to service providers when reasonably necessary for those providers to perform services on behalf of Aqua Tech Car Wash.
Such services may include website hosting, communications, customer or membership account administration, payment processing, transaction processing, information technology, and other services necessary to operate the business or fulfill a customer's request.
Aqua Tech Car Wash may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, governmental requirements, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Nothing in this section permits the sharing of mobile opt-in or consent information contrary to the Data Sharing provisions above.

No electronic communication or information-storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Customers should therefore avoid transmitting sensitive financial information or authentication credentials through SMS.

Aqua Tech Car Wash may retain customer-service communications and related information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain appropriate business records, resolve customer concerns or disputes, comply with applicable obligations, and protect legitimate business interests.

09 Aqua Tech Car Wash Messaging Terms and Conditions
- The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
- If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at aquatechcw@gmail.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
